I know I'm quite inactive on DA this year. And I'd like to apologize everyone for all my late reply.
Finally, I can submit my first artwork in 2018 around the end of the second month,
and it's an entry for

LET IT SNOW ! * WINTER CONTEST*

Besides being busy with my outdoor sculpture work, last month I also went camping in a small forest that used to be an old graveyard for 10 days.

I decided to went there around the end of January because in my country it's still inside the end of winter,

and the weather is supposted to be fine, not too cold or too hot.

There are 3 seasons in Thailand : Winter, Summer and Rainy season.
If you live in snowy country you may yearn for endless summer. But this season is hot like hell in tropical country like Thailand.
So I need to get everything done in winter.

The camping was such a hard experience for me but finally it has become a very impressive memory.
I have met some nicest people, and have seen a brethtaking natural view along a riverside.

The only thing that bothered me in this journey was not ghosts or animals but the weather.
It was so hot and humid everyday as if I was in the end of summer when the rain is on the verge of falling from sky.
And it did rain in some other places nearby just a few kilometers away.
So, there were 3 seasons mixed together in same week and same province.

It's ridiculous that when I came back home in Febuary the weather stoppted being hot and became cold and colder again.
It seems like someone from up above wanted to play joke with me.

Nowadays, the weather around the world is quite unreliable.
Recently, I heard a news reporting that A RARE snowstorm has swept into the Saudi Arabian desert
turning the sand white as the Middle East is hit by a freak Polar blast.
And Sahara Desert was also covered up by 15 inch snowdrifts!!

I don't know if it's normal to see snow falling in deserts, but I have never seen any snow falling in my tropical country before.
If there can be snow falling in Sahara or some countries nearby, I still have hope or you can call it wildest dream.
No matter who cause the climate change : human, God or anything,
..please.. send some snow to Thailand!
