Description
A new character I've really only started on today.

He's a side character to a storyline my wifey and I are working with. Slowly but surely.

He's the president of the student council, and personally takes charge of any and every kind of activities he can.

He's skinny, and a good... 5'4"-5'6" tall. Usually seen in skinny jeans and tank tops, or fitted t-shirts. He wears thick-rimmed emo glasses a lot too.

Played with a new colouring style... sort of. Used a technique for getting the colours for the shading. It's in my favourites right now. First one. :3 It's a definite help if you need help finding the shades for your skin!
