Description
There is a contraption called a float tube or belly boat, which is a U-shaped or O-shaped inner tube that has a seat. You can sit in it and use flippers to kick you around a river or lake, and it's somewhat popular with fisherman.
I bought one to try out, and it's pretty epic. I caught a little fish on the maiden voyage.
