The Aggro Shrewth is speedy little shrew looking creature with leafy ears and tails, these possum-sized and like nasties tend to live in areas with ponds and streams nearby or among the wide fields and plains. They are great groomers, habitually bathing themselves when they are not gathering berries and insects.

Shrewths are tenacious and vicious, their bites can be toxic or cause confusion, they have venom pouches along their cheeks which lead to their mouth, making for painful and potentially deadly bites if one pierces the skin. The typical method of assault from one is for them to lunge, bite, then bolt away to access the threat and plan their next means of attacking.

Not many nasties actually prey on shrewths due to how aggressive they can be once threatened. If cornered by a predator and unwilling to fight back in defense of themselves -what few are foolish to attempt to eat a shrewth- they will curl up and roll away like a pudgy little ball. They do so by hugging their tail between their legs then tucking and rolling. This is often done by pregnant or sick shrewths to evade potential risks to their bodies.
The female shrewth possesses a pouch which is normally used only for carrying purebred offspring as hybrids tend to be born either too large or with features that can be exposed and drag across the ground as the mother runs, thus larger young are carried by the scruff or upon the back but allowed to nurse from the teats inside the pouch.

When caught they will not stop biting and clawing until release or death comes, they will keep going even if they seem to have no reason to go on. A shrewth is rarely if ever a quitter, they can lose their whole family or a limb and keep on fighting like a beast from hell.
Taming one can cause a lot of conflict as a shrewth will not hold back their opinions, they will state them out in the open, and if you don't like them, then you can fight them.

The shrewth species are very frail in defense in comparison to some, a hit or two and they tend go down due to this. Despite being plump, they have a high speed and decent attack -in short they hit first and hit fairly hard but if you hit them back they usually crumple and fall. They tend to rely of their speed to get the first move, which makes them formidable against most any other nasty.

Shrewths are very rarely scared of anything, they fight to the death or unconsciousness. Fearless to a fault, they are not unfamiliar with challenging enemies larger than themselves.
These guys are normally recommended only for those ready to deal with aggressive antics. The pay off for taming one will be having a loyal Nasty that will fight to the death to defend all that they believe in as well as their friend's and owner's beliefs. Evolution can help some calm down, and for others, it's just a matter of training or having another nasty to assist.

Their opposite/rival is the vinox. Having a vinox and a shrewth can be a real bout of rainstorms and wet felaros, but it can also be really fun.

Colourwise they are most often browns and greys with rare cream and paler brown colours. Tails and ears tend to be normal leaf colours, any colour from spring to fall, green to red and brown.
Sometimes their tails can be flowers, but flower-tailed shrewths are less common than leaf-tailed ones. They always have darker masks around their eyes. Their leaves can be any rl leaf or any leaf shape in general so long as it is a leaf.
