Description If you're in San Francisco on March 12th ...

The official release of the indie game "Yipe! 5: Attack of Idle Hands" will be celebrated at Modern Relics, in San Francisco, on Friday March 12th, from 6:00pm to 10:30pm. [link]

All three of the creators of the game, Kevin Kinell (game design), Dylan Sisson (art), and Andrew Woods (sound), will be there to celebrate the launch. This retro role playing game has received critical acclaim, a game featuring quirky art, classic sound, and addictive gameplay. The event will coincide with their latest offering ... a new demo version of the game.

Yipe! is the first indie game to feature a vinyl collectable toy, Idle Hands, created by artist Dylan Sisson. The event will feature an art installation by Dylan Sisson ... including vinyl toys, paintings, and concept art. All three colorways of the vinyl toy, Idle Hands, will be available for collectors, along with special t-shirt designed by the artist.

Stefan Blitz, Forces of Geek

"Yipe 5 is a wonderfully slick, retro-style RPG that continues on from the old Yipe quest games for Mac OS. It's great fun, quite challenging, with plenty of items to earn gold for. The graphics are simple but well done, and quite comical."

"All of the text in the game is hilarious."
Chris Reed, Slide to Play

"It's by far the most quirky and fun RPG I have played on the iPhone -- I'll be looking forward to the future installments!"
