ah it is much better... even if you display this with wireframe it would still look better then with had face normals. but that's just my opinion. don't change it just for me.

I don't have cgchain acc, so I'll try to offer some crits here 
If so, I think new face and old anatomy don't play with each other very well. Face has very unique, queer and a bit mad look to it. Wrinkles suggest age. Face/eyes angled upwards and chaotic hairstyle is common in people who are deep into thoughts all the time.
On the contrary, body has very strong silouette and aggressive gesture. Very common when dealing with young, very active, heroic type of characters. I would expect a bit toned down anatomy. Little hunch, weaker torso, longer arms with less muscle definition and toned down legs. Maybe some cool pose on his king's chair too. Something like this. [link]
Anyways, my suggestion is based on this particular facial shot. Maybe it's camera responsible for creating my impression and it looks different from other angles

yea you are right man, thanks for the crit. The body is a bit old and the face is actually unrefined. But yea I gotta get some more prominence of the swirl design on the body to match the face. The pose is going to be.... very dynamic which should help.
