blank [link]this is how I see an Inhumanoids movie playing out
as for casting for the other characters like Redlin and Granok here are my picks
for the voice of Redlin, Peter Cullen, cause if his role as Optimus Prime can prove anything, he can voice a wise leader with a warrior's spirit
Redsin, David Kaye, it mostly for the fact we can have to Optimus Prime voice actors in the same movie but also Redsin is the young second in command of the Redwoods under Redlin
Granok, Kevin Micheal Richardson, he has the voice of a king and a warrior both of which is what Granok is
Senator Granahue, Mark Hammil, the perks of having voice actors is that you can have one guy voice multiple roles and Mark can be a sinister villain or a coward
General Granitary, John DiMaggio, Cause he can voice a general and a military leader as his roles as Markus from Gears of War and General Steel from Sym-Bionic Titan can show

Anybody who recommends a twit like steven jay blum for an inhumanoids project needs to be readied for a baseball bat to the skull. But it's just one opinion.Β

I'd cast Linkara as Blackthorne. Why? Well, the pleasant Midwestern affect combined with Blackthorne's utter insanity/evil nature would create horrifying mental whiplash. That and Linkara looks like Blackthorne anyways.

I heartily approve of all of these casting choices. Β I'd go see it just for David Tennant alone, but Liam Neeson, Steve Blum, and Christopher Meloni are also all great choices.

Okay, a few things wrong with this. I DON'T see someone as noble-voiced such as Liam Neeson playing someone as cowardly as Blackthorn. Second, I don't remember Tendril talking, well not coherently anyway. I could only make out a FEW words. Why not go with Frank Welker or Dee Bradley Baker? Third, WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER CHARACTERS!? Why not also bring in the Gagoyle, Nightcrawler and Sslither? Those weren't minor characters, they played ENORMOUS parts in the series as a whole!

I would save the other characters for a sequel, this was for one movie, and yeah, I'd think I jumpped the gun with Tendril but I think that they could change Blackthorn's character to be more like Lex Luthor or Obidia Stane from Ironman

BTW, not to be nitpicky, but Steve Jablonsky did the music for "Transformers".
