That's a draw I've been working on during all this week. Of course I haven't been able to work on it everyday, because I had exams and all, but now at least I finished it!It has been a long time since I drew something of him, and this idea came to my mind, so...
Also, I took advantage of it and tried to do a sunset background. I also tried to improve my clouds, which sucked a lot. I never had done this kind of background, so if the use of colours is wrong, I'm sorry...
Es un dibujo en el que he estado trabajando durante toda esta semana. Por supuesto no he trabajado en este todos los días, porque tenía exámenes y demás, pero al menos ahora ya lo acabé!
Hacía tiempo que no dibujaba a Mihawk, y esta idea me vino a la cabeza, así que...
Además, aproveché e intenté hacer una puesta de sol de fondo. También intenté mejorar mis nubes, que eran bastante malas. Por otro lado, nunca antes había hecho este tipo de fondo, así que si los colores están mal, lo siento...

Sinceramente, hace ya tanto tiempo que a duras penas lo recuerdo. Creo que fue una mezcla de imágenes que encontré de tumblr picturizando a cada shichibukai junto a su tema animal y después vi unos dibujos de . Sep, creo que fue algo así. Y entonces surgió esto.

This.. this is just fabulous; absolutely stunning. Even the detail on the hawk is amazing. I like that its done in your own style (as in, I don't think it looks like Eiichiro Oda's style) but it still looks just like him, that's a hard thing to master.
Oh god, don't you dare apologize for those clouds, they're great. All the shading and whatnot makes it look realistic.
All the time you put into this was worth every second, because this is amazing. I feel like my eyes have been graced with perfection. *______* Keep up all the good work.

Damn, I wanted it to look like Oda's style XD Well, I bet this is something that ever happens when you don't use references and you try a perspective you never tried before =w='
I'm glad my clouds look this good for you, because I was using a new techinque to do them and it seems it worked, so they won't look bad from now on :3

That's not entirely true. Practice leads to perfection, so I'm pretty sure you would be able to do a piece like it or better.

Hey, when I began to draw I first started copying and sometimes tracing draws or photohraphs that I liked a lot. Later I began drawing using only my memory, and with practice I kept improving until I reached this level, and I even want to practice and improve more. Checking tutorials or using photohraphs or draws like references to make poses it's also very helpful.

Haha, the hawk's shadows are actually pretty easy to do, you only have to make curves all the time and follow the lines of the feathers and it's done!
