All I did to this was bump the contrast up a bit and change the kelvin level from warm to a cool tint. I will go further with certain pictures. Especially the ones that use a greenscreen. But recently I've been doing less editing and putting more effort into the actual scene, lighting wise it makes a huge difference. Good glass also helps. I used my cannonball. The Canon EF L 85mm II f/1.2 IS USM. A $2000.00 lens.

Your buckler, or whatever it is, looks pretty fancy.

It's a super elaborate Buckler yes. Hand chiseled floral engraving decorate the surface. It's also got that twisted rounded edge which is kind of the blacksmiths trademark. It's incredibly hard to do that with a hammer and anvil.

Sweet Jesus! Can I say that I am in absolute love with your eyes? Think that's what initially drew me to your photos. Beyond the whole medieval get ups.

Thank you! Eyes are the keystone to any portrait. You can convey so much emotion through just a tilt of the brow and guide the photo to either be intimidating, happy, welcoming, angry or sad.
