Description

The sun was here of course, at the rendez-vous much like any other day of August. It's beams of burning light just wouldn't pass through and reach me. I can feel it. It is not one of the so-called "good days" but not one of the worst either. You could say that it is a strange day. As if the sun had forgotten to shine for me today, something else is though. Something that keeps on following me wherever I go. Something that only I can sense and witness in all of its grotesque glory. Even when the world is bathed by the brightest flame. I guess it doesn't care about it, it's not afraid of the light. It's just there on the horizon, however close it is does not matter. It's there, always. Challenging my belief that today could have been a day of complete peace. It won't be. But it's okay, I can deal with that. I can spare a few moments of unrest since it is inevitable.

I won't run away so why not come closer and do what you do best?

Annnd it is here! A little illustration that crossed my mind last week when I was on a break in a park. It was sunny as ever and still I felt anxious about something that wasn't there. I guess it's kind of a representation of anxiety, a mass of dark and sad thoughts clustered among themselves above one's head and ready to burst at any moment. Sorry for the time in between the drawings, my schedules have been crazier than I thought and as much I love being busy with work I miss having the time to sketch new ideas at any moment of the day. Despite that I hope you will enjoy this one!! Thank you all for the support and have a great evening and the weekend is closing near!!
