Personally, I believe it symbolizes how things get worse as people grow up and childhood passes us by. That'd fit in with the baby and the little children, which all look like younger versions of her, and the some of the other details. The clock could stand for the time passed (though I don't know what numbers it's on), and the broken heart could stand for heartbreak in some of those hormonal years. I don't know what's around the babies, possibly cracks, which is why I think the title fits in perfectly with the theme. I can imagine the younger versions falling through the cracks, since 'everything started to fall', and now we have this older girl who seems unhappy and confused about her new life as a big girl. Doesn't help that her mouth is stitched up (insecurity?) and her clothing looks like a typical teenage fashion phase.

...My second guess would be teenage pregancy. As for the picture itself, I like how colorful and neat it is. I like the chibi-ish style mixed in with the serious background. The only thing I don't get is why they have white dots in their hair (light, I'm guessing?), but I guess that's just a matter of style. I like everything else though, especially the hair and the shading in some parts. Plus, I love how you did the vine-things, as if they're slowing creeping into the picture as time flies by. C:
