Primarily 2 ideas. One where someone wealthy (mob boss, shady business owner or whatever) captures her to get to her money and/or company (without actually knowing she's Patriotica) and one where someone discovers her identity by accident (probably seeing her transform) and starts blackmailing her, forcing her to do embarrassing things to not expose her.

The mob boss and/or wahtever enemy capturing her for money without knowing who is her secret identity actually sounds good. But I don't like the blackmailing story. Since its your character and actually you're decide what will happen with her I just hope you'll decide the first idea is better. Honestly, the story plan I wrote in my first comment still the best idea for me.
