● This monster is an empowered form of "Lubellion the Searing Dragon" ("Aluber the Jester of Despia") Fused with "Fallen of Albaz".
- The kanji Shin'en (深淵, lit. "Abyss") in this card's Japanese name is a homophone of the kanji Shin'en (神炎, lit. "god flame") in the Japanese name of "Lubellion", and is also a reference to how "Aluber" was divided by the 'Abyss', with his other half implied to be "Albaz".
- Renatus is the Latin word for "reborn" or "born again".
- This card's name, "Alba Renatus", can be interpreted as "the next incarnation of Alba", likely reflecting this monster being the reborn form of "Aluber the Jester of Despia", who has now become one again with "Fallen of Albaz".
