Warhol got Mao and you got Lenin? cool. Pretty good beginning vector, only gripes are the side of his face in shadow is quite flat. have more shading over there and it would definitely improve.

Well, that was quick learning jump
Aside from the look-alike issue (it's currently 2 am, I'm going to take *calmius 's word on it for now), its fairly good for a true first step into vectors .
Tho, you there a few things you should iron out - there are some jagged edges, the hammer and the other thing whose name in English I forget symbol for class struggle seems a bit... screwy? And it would look perfect if you could add some more definite shading - more shading areas, I don't know how to explain it.
Try making his shirt white and see how it looks, too.
