Ecco Pet-Vac sui gradini della piramide di Tirana, masuleo costruito per commerare Enver Hoxha, leader storico dell'Albania comunista, morto tre anni prima. La struttura è stata co-progettata dalla figlia e dal genero di Hoxha, insieme a Pirro Vaso e Vladimir Bregu ed edificio più costoso mai costruito in Albania. Il progetto di MVRDV punta proprio a restituire l'edificio ai suoi cittadini, trasformandolo in un nuovo centro multiculturale rivolto in modo particolare ai giovani con aule, laboratori e studi dove potranno apprendere gratuitamente materie tecnologiche. Il progetto ha preso vita il 4 febbraio con la cerimonia ufficiale di inizio lavori presieduta da Edi Rama, primo ministro dell'Albania, ed altre personalità.

Here is Pet-Vac on the steps of the pyramid in Tirana, a masuleum built to commemorate Enver Hoxha, historical leader of communist Albania, who died three years earlier. The structure was co-designed by Hoxha's daughter and son-in-law, together with Pirro Vaso and Vladimir Bregu and is the most expensive building ever built in Albania. The MVRDV project aims precisely to return the building to its citizens, transforming it into a new multicultural center aimed particularly at young people with classrooms, laboratories and studios where they can learn technological subjects for free. The project came to life on 4 February with the official start-of-work ceremony presided over by Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania, and other personalities.
