Description
This is PKMN417, my equivalent of Heraclitus. He's the spirit of a former hacker who possessed a copy of Pokémon Diamond after being killed by a vigilante. He possessed the body of a Pachirisu and killed Bidoof, Chimchar and Weavile in cold blood. He normally passes off as polite and gentle, but it just hides the fact he's murderous and powerhungry.
