This is Queen M, my equivalent of Lady Y. She appears in "Lynx" (My Equivalent of Raccoon). She's an antimatter entity similar to Lord C, who chose to take the form of a Meowscarada after entering inside a copy of Pokémon Scarlet. She proceeded to kill everyone inside it, and as turned her realm into her own personal torture room.
