Description
This is the closing scene to WB's "Little Red Riding Rabbit" in which Bugs and the BBW becomes allies in a common cause, namely giving Red something to be shrill about. The screen grabs are largely intact with a little tweaking and fixing in the finished composition.Related content

I away did enjoy seeing furry buns cook. They always seem to burn better. Especially the big bad wolf's.

Although I enjoy h-buns mayhem in all forms, I, too, enjoy it most in the cartoon format. Whether furry or feathered, guy or gal, cartoon buns do burn better. ^,^

Yhea it was my fave ending to the three little pigs when I was a kid. Never liked them eating him in the end.

It's easier to become allies when you have a common enemy. Or rather when someone else's butt is even more deserving of punishment.

Both are equally true! Bugs burns the wolf's butt, and preps him for a royal roasting, but reconsiders when Red shows up. The cartoon ends with Red slowly sinking under the weight of the β¦ weights, and cuts away just as her butt makes contact with the hot coals. This composite pic doesn't cut away, and shows everyone enjoying ('cept for Red) the moment when her deserving fanny meets its fate.

In the old OG Disney 3 Little Pig Toons they didn't go light on the BBW bottom in the first 2 or 3.Β Nice to see Red on the reciving end tho.

Yeah, I like how quickly the wolf forgave Bugs for the harsh butt burning he recieved. It prooves that cartoon slapstick is supposed to be "harmless" fun.

That voice was the reason Bugs traded the BBW's vulpine rump for Red's for the closing gag. The toon ends but it's pretty clear that Red's dilemma is going to continueβ¦

Her voice may get considerably shriller shortly... She's lucky to be a cartoon character.
