My Toon Evil Animals is a cartoon and animated series spin-off from "My Toon sister" villain and criminal cartoon animals to the real world.

Meet Dr.Kotzlo real name Alexander Petrovich he was born in Latvian on February 14, 1960, half Latvian and Russian. He and his ancestors were proud of his villainy, crimes and acting as a villain. 1988 Dr. Kotzlo met cold,. and cold became Dr.Kotzlo's assistant and best friend. In 1991, Dr. Kotzlo quit the Soyuzmulm studio because the USSR collapsed and now Dr. Kotzlo and his friend moved to Toontown and wanted to work at the American studio Toonwell, but they refused to take his job because no one wants to work for some Russian cartoons, Dr. Kotzlo was very angry and wanted to capture Toontown and destroy Toonwell, but Tyra and Trixie stopped him and his villainous plans were destroyed, but he escaped so that the police would not catch him and he now became the sworn enemy of Tyra and Trixie.
