Our captor didn't seem to like Nepgear using those dexterous toes of her, so he came up with a fitting punishment for both girls. Gear can't so much as move them while 5pb gets an even closer "look" at them. I have to say I'm still pretty envious of 5pb, getting so close to my favorite goddess' soles. It's unfair.
This also being posted partially in celebration of the launch of Hyperdimension Neptunia anime, which started yesterday. if you haven't seen it yet, go watch it, right now! Even if you don't like the games, the anime is quite good!
