The Goomba is the most iconic of all of Mario's enemies. For this piece, I chose to work off of a custom-colored sprite of the Goomba as he appears in Super Mario Land 2 for the Game Boy. I like that version of the character because it's one of the first versions to really feature the distinct eyebrows and teeth that we see in modern renditions.Acrylic paint on wood.
This plaque is 8 inches wide by 8 inches tall.
Wooden Sprite Plaques from MrGilder are built block-by-block out of 1/2" wooden cubes. Each character is hand painted using high-quality artist grade acrylic paints.
