Both were born from radioactive experimentation from the military and are known for their destructive nature, although they also have a sense of morality despite the world fearing them as monsters. Both are constantly at odds with the military, who have created a clone of them to stop them, which has made them a long-standing rival of theirs. Both have numerous abilities revolving around radiation, as well as the power to absorb it to heal them and make them stronger. Interestingly, both bring about life to the places they go, as their rampages and build make space for others of their kind to flourish. Both were also sent to Hell once after getting killed to relive their history and battle old foes, but being there instead made them stronger than ever on top of becoming immortal and boosting their already-impressive regeneration abilities.
