Roselyn was born to a rich and powerful family. Her Father was one of the head developers for Perendim. a sector of Oz, Alphonso Westerly. As Roselyn grew older she saw heroes all around her saving the day and it wasn't long until she wanted to join them. She went snooping around her fathers old things and found the richter suit. Developed by Arthur Wells the suit could break up solid material into a weaker state. When she touched the ground beneath her it would disintegrate creating long tunnels. She adopted the name Ms. Richter as she honed these abilities to tunnel through the city and fight crime.
