Summer is supposed to be a time of growth, activity, life, but i've felt nothing but stress, anxiety and exhaustion. I just want to explode, cry, throw a tantrum, break something, but that's not how an adult should act. Be silent, drift along, bide your time, and when that time comes it'll all start again.vent ////

I feel similar way recently. I do hope you will be strong enough to endure this difficult mixture of feelings.
Sometimes being adult is proving to be very hard when you have to act all composed and calm despite the life challenging you in a ways that it's nearly impossible to stay stoic.
