Beautiful. I love the abstractness of it, especially the fact that part of the head is missing. There's lots of interpretations that could be given there. Very well done. I'm glad you came back and are doing more manipulations!

thank you for the kind words. sorry i never got back to you with your other comment. holidays sure suck up all the free time i had. your words are very kind. yeah i decided to not give up on my manip abilities and they seem to be evolving a bit each time i do another one. this one feels alot more polished that my others and i like it alot. it has seemed to draw more attention this time for some reason? but anyways! thanks for the comment and a happy new year to you too!

thanks bud, yeah the overall feel was missing something when you saw it last and i took the same texture as the floor and used it to fill in the blanks. i then had the feeling like it was the deity picture but with more of a guardian feel like the last one. so i added the subtle city behind the figure. i added the gears to make it feel like there was something moving everything above that portion of the picture!!!
