Inspiration? hmm...
The design just came to me when I thought about ghost and candles. More ideas came when I thought about a lot of ghost pokemon, especially the evolution of Litwick, in which, the pokemons Litwick, Lampant, and Chandelure were always my fave. The tongue doe, idk, I just like tongues. lol.
