Third time's the charm!After a hiatus of nearing 2 years, I'm proud to bring back S&T to the limelight. Last time I've showed off anything relating to it was in 2017, so this has been a long time coming. Eagle-eyed long-time watchers of mine might recognize this set-up, it's the very same used in a mock-up all the way back in August 2015 (fav.me/d93p143 ) and later remade in October 2016 (fav.me/dal7no2 ). I can barely imagine having spend 5 years on something without getting anywhere, but the numbers don't lie, the numbers cannot lie.
So, what's new? Everything has been given some touch-ups, from darkvampiredee 's sand tiles that have been given new tops, to the background, carefully remade to keep the spirit of the original, yet be up to my current standards. Other than that however, there's nothing to talk about, the art and its context is the same it has been for years. Special thanks go out to anne-marie64 , her Sonic 1 Expanded sprites were used in this image, though I'm not even sure if this is one of the frames that was edited or just appropriated into the sheet from Sonic CD. Better safe than sorry.
