Yes you started very boxy and now your lines flow a lot more humanly. And as to the redesigned outfit well it just seems like she must be asking for a wardrobe malfunction

Your anatomy is coming along, her boobs looks nice and squishy. Keep at it. Also if you're working with photoshop or a program like it, try the 'flip document' function. It's in Image > Canvas > Flip Canvas Horizontally I think. Doing this will help you orient your anatomy and identify awkward shapes in your work, especially when drawing characters that are facing the viewer.
