On this day, 37 years ago, Thomas & Friends premiered on TV with the episode Thomas and Gordon. Since then, there have been 24 seasons with nearly 600 episodes. Thomas & Friends is one of my favourite children's franchises and still remains a favourite to me to this very day. Will we see a return of the original series? I don't know, but there is always hope as Banksy would say.Thomas & Friends is owned by Mattel.
