Well, if you're an old follower, you probs know I like me some pokemon games. Just finished a pokemon fangame and was in the mood two days ago to make this custom one. Tell me if you'd like to see more custom pokemon? I'd like feedback so I can post more of what you guys enjoy, not saying to boss me around, just some critiques will be nice.

Information on Arbitrate :

Arbitrate is a crocodilian reptile that likes to lurk in ocean currents. They tend to live in underground air pockets where little light shows. They have luminecent bones, which are laced with speical toxins that tend to make attackers go to sleep.

Information on Arbiterror :

Arbiterror is a crocodilian reptile that likes to lurk in ocean currents. They tend to live in underground air pockets where little light shows. They have luminecent bones, which are laced with speical toxins that tend to make attackers go to sleep.
Arbiterror unlike Arbitrate, can breathe water, they tend to live in the abysal zone in oceans.

Pokemon type : Night and Water

Passive abilities : Immune to sleep

Weakness : Electric and Day (light, whatever)
