Good, but I just have a few little things to say: Froslass has blue hair; the part under the "mask" that tilts upward is her hair tied up. Also, why are her eyes on the outside of the "mask"? There should be holes made in the mask for her eyes.

oh, great evo full of style and orginality. I could see this being a hard pokemon to be made into an animated sprite due to the complex patterns on the arms and fans, but it is rather cool and well colored. particularly like how the face turned out.
