So cute, so sweet!!! And I really like the hearts in her eyes!
I do think however, the outlining around her could be more smooth; it is a little rough in some places.
And, only my opinion, but maybe this picture could be brighter; it would look much sweeter that way!
Only my opinion again, but I do not think the hearts on her shirt, going down her chest, are necessary; they are a little cute, but to me they are done with so little effort, that they kind of bring down the quality of the drawing.
But I really like her skirt; I think the patterns on the bottom are so cute!
I just think that if you, again, make the outlining smoother and make the picture brighter, then this, despite being a chibi drawing, CAN be taken seriously as a very well drawn picture; it has potential.
