I don't know why, but that smile is just so special. Cute, but it seems you worked mostly with the face.

Shoulders are a bit off, with her right shoulder being a bit too high up and her left a bit too low. Left knee and thighs should be visible, so the legs end up looking a bit off as well. And finally, the sandals are rushed.
