It is an anatomy model that I substantially altered. It has been bulked up with epoxy putty and air dry clay.

I love the fangs on this... It makes it look so much more... disturbing... to think that not only has the poor person's skull been so completely ruined, but he wasn't even "right" to begin with. And the fact that that was the first thing to cross my mind only drives home how creepily "real" your art looks...
