I like Sakumo and his wifes expressions in this pic, they just look so much like new parents happy to have their child. 
I like that you made mom dark haired, since that has actually always been my vague idea of what Kakashis mom would look like. Mom also looks really young compared to Sakumo, but that actually makes sense, since Sakumo is I think bit older than the sannin, so he would have probably had Kakashi when he was in his late 30' or even early 40's, so mom being so much younger looking actually makes sense(Why doesn't Kishimoto give ages to the older characters? Timelines would be much easier to figure out that way.). I really like moms pale purple dress it's simple, practical and looks very pretty.
I have noticed that many of the mom-designs you have come up with have superlong hair, which I do personally like, but maybe bit more variety in the hair lenght and giving them different updos or even braids, would make the hairstyles be more individual looking, since they all also seem to have quite similar bangs, but this is very minor complaint and they do look great.

Sakumo is meant to be younger in this art and his wife is younger than him,I imagined kakashi's mother
to have dark or blonde hair but i went with dark in the end.
I am not the biggest fan of shorter hair thats why i choose long hair mostly for my oc's but i need to try
different styles so l'll try.
Kishi hasen't given all his characters ages but i wish he would and your right it would be easier to work out
timelines if all characters had their ages listed.

Well obviously Sakumo is younger, but I still feel that he is actually quite a lot older than most of the fans expect him to be. Kakashis mom can look like just about anything, since we probably won't ever meet her in canon, since it's implied that she died when Kakashi was really young, so he probably doesn't even remember anything about her, so every fan can decide what she looks like by themselves, but I do like your version a lot, since it matches my vague idea well enough.
I also like longer hair best, but you know having some variety between waist lenght and ankle lenght, since lot of your ocs seem to have almost knee lenght hair, which is very uncommon in reality and would get in the way a lot, trust me I have butt lenght hair and I want to at least grow it to be as impossibly long as possible, but it already getting caught in everything and is always in my way unless I fasten it someway. Or if you really like the way such superlong hair looks like you could experiment with bangs, like google searching pictures of different types of bangs and giving the ocs the ones you like, since all of them seem to have side or center parted sightly shorter strands of hair that are partially tucked behind their ears.
It's pretty impossible to figure out the timelines of some events, since the story doesn't even bother to give us some type of official years for different events to take place in, like giving the present year and the year Konoha was founded would also be helpful in figuring out the events that happened before Konoha existed. Characters ages also tend to be really vague and even the events that happen before begining of canon have really vague timelines, because of the lack of any kind of dating system in the story.

I've had long hair before that gets in the way too much at least you can have a trim and anime characters
don't always have practical hair anyway,Kushina's hair is very long and although my oc mothers mostly have
long hair their hair is still different from each other's.
Without some ages i can't figure out some timelines but i try to get a basic idea.

Anime characters do have impossible hair you are right in that. Though since Kishimoto designed and wrote the Road to Ninja movie, Kushina at least had her hair in a ponytail when she was doing ninja stuff, which would help slightly, though in reality it would be a tangled mess with leaves and small brances getting caught in it, if she did the whole tree jumping thing ninjas use to travel around. Your ocs do have differences in their looks, though they have similar type of bangs, so they appear to look more alike than they actually are. You have so many ocs and they all have good designs, it's just very noticable what kind of hairstyles you like the best(Not that it's a bad thing).
Though I do immensely prefer designs like yours to the incredibly elaborate and impractical designs that some ocs end up with, especially since you have managed to simplify your designs enough to actually fit in the series, compared to the older superdetailed designs you use to have, and this change is quite recent as well, so your character designs have become more suitable for the canon in such short time. The old designs actually are pretty they are just too detailed for Naruto and I think they would look much better on a real person/realistic style, since the details would not make the design too overwhelming, they actually kind of remind me of the incredibly elaborately embroidered kimono-like dresses from Game of Thrones tv-series(I love the costuming on the show).
Naruto timelines are all about guessing and estimating based on the ages of the characters whose ages we know.

It's really difficult to experiment with different hairstyles. I often actually have the issue that I'm afraid of trying something new with my ocs hairstyles, because the canon hasn't had the type of hairstyle I want to use, so I'm afraid my ocs won't fit in the series if I give them such hairstyle.
It's really nice to look at your gallery and especially at all the parent ocs, since they kind of fill in some blanks, since I just can't imagine what some characters parents look like, or I never even bothered to think of the characters parents, so looking at your designs and how they actually would fit into the canon style and so on.
Sometimes it's easy to guess ages and then there are characters like Itachi who are supposed to be really young, but if I didn't know how young Itachi is I would guess he's at least 30, because of those lines under his eyes and the kind of greyish tone his hair has.

I do totally understand the want to make long haired ocs, since I actually have a bunch of short haired female ocs and they are very hard to make look different. In fact I feel like I went too far in trying to make some of them look different, though the two long haired ocs I have for the series pretty much have the same hairstyle and hair color, but I like the way it looks like on both of them, so I'm seriously considering just making them look alike and be confused for each other from the distance/back, since they actually happen to be cousins so I can justify the resemblance with that, even if they actually take after different grandparent in their looks(they are next gen ocs).
I always see those lines as wrinkles, which is why rest of Itachis face and how young it looks like confuses me and makes me see him as a 30 year old, since he looks so young but already has wrinkles. I just think Itachi is supposed to have aged prematurely due to stress and such, but then he seems to have had those lines as a little kid so I'm kind of confused as to what they actually are meant to be.

write for them all.

I know I have way too many ocs, which is why most of them are kind of under developed or only vague ideas. I'm focusing on some of them more, but since I nearly always make next gen ocs, I need to make up things like their friends, classmates and teachers, so there are lot of minor character ocs needed for the stories. I have been stuck with the profile of one next gen oc for several months, because everytime I write more about his backstory, I realise that I need to come up with another oc for the story to make sense. I also need way more male ocs, since I tend to have at least ten female ocs for each series, but only 2-4 male ocs. XD
