It's awesome! Just one suggestion pretaining to the stiffness (even though it might seem pointless to take advice from a lesser artist), if the head is entirely turned, have the upper body some-what turned as well and have right foot piveting slighty.
The one in the very middle is similar to what I meant. [link]

Another thing to note would be the hands, they look odd.
Try to study anatomy and figure drawing to make characters look less stiff.
Try to draw dynamic poses and don't be afraid to use references.
I would say more and link you to incrit but it's late and incrit has been down for a while so have something that's somewhat close:

Also I appreciate artists who can handle criticism and want to improve.

Yes criticism is like my best friend! Improvement is my number one goal dude. It's basically the reason I joined this site because people give awesome constructive criticism!

and thank you for all the advice and the link, I sure it will help me in the future! <3

Ha amazing.
Half of the time I give criticism I get responses like :LOL YOU CAN'T DRAW BETTER THEN ME SO I WON'T LISTEN UR BLOCKED TROLL NOW IM GONNA MAKE A JOURNAL TO TELL PEOPLE TO FLAME YOU BECAUSE UR TROLLING MADE ME CRY ABLOOOOO.
Thanks for reminding me that some people here actually want to improve.

Ah no problem! I see people like that and I'm just like.... are you serious THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU NOT HARM YOU......... it makes no sense!! It's almost like they don't want to improve at all and it's just ridiculous to me.

I looks nice, but if i had to say one negative thing about it, it would be that it looks stiff.

Yeeah I know I'm very bad at making characters actually look lively... But thanks for the criticism!

it's been a while so i don't know if it's still an issue with you
but if you want to make your art look less stiff, plan ahead.

meaning, if you want a loose and flowy character, make sure their angles are dynamic, and flow.
i can't explain too well, so i'll link drop and float away~
[link] particularly that second page in that list of six. basically, if your figure is a straight line, switch it up and add curves. it adds emotion, expression, flow and life to a character which a standard standing position won't portray so well.

even someone who stands stands in a way that expresses their mood in the moment/personality. if they're arrogant, they'll stand confident with their chin up and their chest out, but if they're self-conscious, they'll have a hunch, their shoulders will be drawn up and their chin tilted down, etc. i don't have a link for a tutorial on body language off-hand, but i'm sure there's one lying around somewhere. but here's one for facial language: [link]

also a face-forward position can often be the worst for expression. it's good for typical character concept design, and is necessary, but beyond that, it's pretty lackluster and unnecessary.

i hope i helped a little. i also don't know if you still get on but hey.
