Really striking use of colors. Combined with the hair wrap, it gives that outfit an entirely new look than I've seen it have before. Nice skin tone. I think the shoulder could use some work (to fix the crease and anatomical problems), as could the eyes (to make them more life-like). The lighting is strong and interesting. I love your choice of jewelry. I think it would have been good to cite the items you used, but that's a minor point.
