@ ~ArticuloMortis23. This photo is actually very able to be done even with the thin inner lines, you just have to find an artist whom is capable (which will be hard to find). I posted my tattoo (of this) that I got done back in 2010 in N.C. He couldn't get them either but the final outcome is just as well in my opinion (and w/o the inner designs you can customize it to fit you better).

[link] Heres the link for the tattoo of this that I got. Was tattoo'd on me in Aug of 2010 at Bombs Away 2 in Jacksonville, NC. I tried getting the lines just as was created here but the artist told me in advance he would be unable to do them. All in all though I love the way my tattoo came out and it's safe to say 2 years later its still gorgeous and all color is intact. mrtom85 you did a great job w/ this photo!

the only reason this wouldn't make a good tattoo is if someone wanted it really small. my husband is a professional tattoo artist and does stuff way more complex than this all the time. it's just a matter of sizing it properly so that you could get the details. the lines wouldn't have to be thicker or anything, it would just need to be sized for a large area such as the chest or a shoulderblade or a center of the back piece

As a (far too late sorry about that) reply to the skin aging comment... If i would enlarge the spacing between the lines and thicken them, would it make this more viable for a tattoo? And could i please get your approval to get this tattooed on my chest (with some small alterations here and there)? See i fell bad about stealing art but this masterpiece is just too amazing.

Art, you should be fine with the current spacing or a little more, the aging of the skin shouldn't be an issue. Now you may have to shop around for an artist who is confident enough to do so, many that I talked to weren't and in all honesty if they aren't sure they'll pull it off go elsewhere (unless you know the artist on a one on one basis then you'll need to reevaluate).

very nice. but the blue should be red. this is the eye of RA which is red. if you flip the design it could be the eye of horus and horus is blue.
would you mind if i used this as a start for my tat. my lil sister is going to make some modds to it. but i really like it

Very clean, very easy to look at. Lack of distraction with use of only one color beyond Black and white..a great choice. Very appealing.

thank u! i used a light blue color to call to mind a blue iris. i thought to put a real blue iris but in the end i just draw some lines
