In Photoshop you have a filter function, blur half and set the value so you want

Looks very professional. I think you should redesign that file explorer, it looks too dark in my opinion, maybe add sidebar with quick access feature.

Excellent job, man! Love it. Especially the login screen design, the Spotify taskbar integration (redundant but useful), and the transparent Steam concept! The Explorer sidebar icons are a bit small, but still looks good. Nice ideas.

It's best to base the icon sizes off of actual common sizes used such as: 16x16px, 32x32px, 48x48px, etc. And for consistency's sake, the size of the sidebar icons on native Windows 10 apps are 20x20px last I checked, perhaps around that size would work a little better.
