KOFAS is copyright via SNK/Netmarble
Due to the game being so early at the time of my old KOFAS model pack release, the Mr.Karate that came bundled with it was a modification of the existing Takuma Sakazaki model (with the static prop for the tengu mask added, along with multiple texture updates) in an attempt to emulate the look of the official KOFXIII version.
This however, is the direct game port and can/should be considered a full replacement.
