Worked on this animation nearly the whole evening yesterday and the finish I made this morning.
Actually it was supposed to look different in move, more like a real dog's tail wag from one side to the other but I noticed the move after every layer was done and I am literally too lazy to change the thing so I am not that happy with how this turned out X3
Instead of a normal funny cute tailwag he now looks like he is moving up and down which wasn´t even my intention
Looks pretty neat as smaller pixel icon but as bigger animation you see so many flaws ;.;
Maybe I should have used the more simple to draw character too because his pattern was so freaking difficult to make on each layer.

Actually I only offer normal run cycles in commissions I can´t really make a set price for this one because this took so freaking long to make and I doube someone wants to pay something like 40$ or more for this.

It's not the fact that it's "$40" it's the time and effort.
You first have to color each run cycle separately, then mash those cycles together and hope and pray everything looks right. Something like this could easy take someone 1 - 5 days if not longer, depending on their commission que and such.

I think I did this animation done within two days. Maybe I would take less for yours because I have this one as a model for the move itself and would just create new lines over it with your character, but still, this is a lot of work because each figure has 3 layers (lineart, base for color + shading) and once these are all done and painted and smashed together, I must draw the white surrounding below each one because my phtoshop has no filter to create those automatically.
Atm I don´t have much time for such a big commission and at the end of next week I wanted to open some tokota design comms so I won´t have that much time within the next week. But I will keep this in mind and open some general commissions soon where you get the chance to order something like this if you still want it by then.

Darlin, if I had $2000 I'd have you do each of my brats x'D (I'm exaggerating on the $2000) but still. Rayen is my pride and joy and my first toko and I'd love to get more art of her and with my now working full time, I'll be able to do so and when I saw this, I was like "dear god it's Rayen dancing!" then I had a good laugh x'D Just let me know when you open! I'm going to be piling money into my Paypal so I have it available to do commissions <3

I am pretty sure you get the chance to get your page doll because not many people buy my coms anyway.

I love geno designing. When I offered them for 5$ each, I was literally spammed but my art and design got better (not so many designs are sent to corrections anymore) which is why I want more moderate prices now (10$) but I always accent other payment forms too. People still buy those at least but not as spammy as it was LOL
Same with my pixel icons. I started at 2$ back then but since I nearly get nothing for the work and it draws the attention of chargeback scammers when you make too low prices, i rised the prices over the years and now the same icon costs 5$. Not many people who buy that these days but there are still a few. My other commissions like normal fullbodies or other stuff sells nearly not at all. I have maybe luck and sell one or two of those and the prices are really moderate there of about 15 or 20 with cellshading.

My friend Sidonie makes beautiful artwork but I know she keeps her slots limited but if memory serves, she bought her house here in British Columbia, with the monies she made from her commissions which sell from $100 + but her artwork is 100% legit, worth it. You get what you pa for and sometimes then some.
I would never recommend short changing yourself. If you feel your artwork is worth $80 then sell it for $80. You may lose a few customers but, you'd be surprised by how many you'd gain by showing that you're stepping up your game. Me, personally, I look for bundle deals. Like what can I get for $50 plus extra. Can I get a page doll, animated icon, plus a small head shot for $50 I also look for solo offers such as $80 half body images that can include one extra character with no extra charge.
Another friend drew my fursona/spirit guide and I can't quote the price but it was roughly around $30 - $60 for the reference. It includes everything I needed back then and now, I may re-commission her to include new facts such as my guide's height, her likeness to a dire wolf, and more but for now, this information works for alot of purposes.
Like I said, I'd totally buy your artwork. I love you style, and I love how easy you are to work with and these make doing transactions with people, much more enjoyable.
Though, piece of advice, not sure why everyone sells/buys in USD but the USD dollar is worth less than the Canadian ; ) As our taxes, per province are higher, this makes our dollar a bit higher and therefore, worth more than the US dollar.

The images you showed me are really awesome, I can totally understand why the are costy like that, the prices are fair and normal I think. Other people ask that much for a simple cartoon flatcolor image, and that´s just one body without any shading or realism or even fur texture XD
I like such styles but because I know these don´t take me one hour to make, I find 50$ way too much and I am talking about USD$, not CAD$.
I didn´t really understand your ratio of the canadian vrs USD because I remember when someone accidently sent me CAD$ and I got much less turned into € than I would with USD which is why I always and only accept USD, plus nearly everyone uses those here so there are no bad surprises when I ask someone to send a certain amount and they misscalculated it because of wrong currency.

$0.75USD = $1CAD
In someone else's native currency, it may be lower however, I find it easier to send CAD over USD because it drains my bank account so much more quickly. Plus I sent someone $20RUB and they wanted $20USD which made zero sense because they admitted quite openly that I had paid the correct amount but they just wanted the extra money the USD gave. When they refunded me, they ended up giving me $40 which doesn't make much sense x'D

Okay, well I am hella bad at math LOL
I must use google calculator to see how it really is.
20US$ are actually around 18€ € is my currency but when I say I want 20€, many people do not want to pay this because they KNOW they must pay 23$ or something like that.
I see this often when people want GBP payments which lays even higher in value than €.
Someone who wants 20GBP for something, will get around 24€ which is around 28USD.
And now, if I pay 20CAD$, this is only 13€ and some cents. It is way less than the USD value. I woudn´t want the Canadian dollar because it isn´t worth much how it seems.
When you would send me 40CAD$, I only get 27€ which is way less than if you would pay with USD$. You can check that on google yourself if you want.
I noticed that paypal isn´t always exactly the 100% same value but the differences are only a few cents and the money values also change every day but usually very minimal.
If you want to pay in CAD$, I would have to check how much CAD$ 40USD are, then you would be able to send your curency to me.
I checked it and it is around 53 CAD$.
