Because I do sometimes also pics and sketches inspired by the music and songs. I'm drawing now sketch on my traditional paper sketch notebook of Mad Dog doing pose from "Venus's Birth" by Leonardo da Vinci and Lady Gaga'a song "Venus" from the latest ARTPOP album.

Not really my genre LOL
However, maybe I am too special, I know the musicians you used the stamps on your profile, but I listen to mostly uncommon artists.
Maybe it is because I live in Europe and then in germany, so my music favor is not just English but also German XD
I mostly listen to Roxette when it comes to English stuff and the rest is random, something from here and there you know XD
Something like Bon Jovi, Bonny Tyler, Take That, The simple minds, Tina Turner and so on.
From german interprets I like Pur and Herbert Grönemeier, I know that name is strange LOL

WOW My mom also likes Bon Jovi! XD And in my Poland, no one listens lots of Japanese, strange nor dark music except anime fans, goths, other special people and myself XD

Those songs aren´t well known here either, expect for those people who are fans of that.
I like rather rocky and optimistic songs. Because I am often pessimistic I need good songs which make me happy and strong.

I'm also pessimistic, but I like also dark music, in which I'm getting into my asylum - my inner world, in which I'm strong, respected by others and I create rules of somewhat dangerous, insane and adult - like games with the stereotypes, rules of world. This works like in the "Sucker Punch" movie, except the thing when my Ora dies, I'm not dying also. I can also ressurect her and / or any character I imagine. Of course, I'm aware that some ideas are too disturbing for others - that's why I keep some of them just for myself. I hope I didn't scare you enough to run away from me

LOL no not really. I messed with really insane people, don´t worry XD
An inner asylum I also have, but only sometimes I hear darker songs, for example sometimes I have the mood to or need to get into the mood, for example where I drew those parts of Stan's comic where he got treated very bad by that Steve boy person. I also sometimes love love-songs to get the inspiration about hot it is to love someone or to be loved.
I am not in a relationship and don´t want to be to be honest, but I for example drew some images were Stan was around that girl who loved him, and some songs help to imagine just that feeling.
Though that was just his dream and never came true.

I understand your plans to be single. My boyfriend, who I'm in relatioship with, helped me in getting into his world, which I also enjoy
