I think it is backwards: Azathoth is the first entity of all; the creator of all existence. Yog is his offspring
That being said, I would like to know if this is an original design of yours, or a remastered version of a necronomicon's ilustration. I'm thinking of going tattoo with this. Big time on the back.

Yes this is my original design and artwork, it has been copied and traced quite a bit since I first posted it online but I made the original art I made around 2005. Send me a photo of finished tattoo if you get it.
