Pen on printer paper, took about 15-20 minutes. I was feeling a li'l oceanic the other night, and I was listening to Celtic Woman, so voila! hah. Maybe ill get to finish her someday (coloring, add some kelp, fish, la dee la) when I have some sort of digital illustrator. *sniff snifff*Tinted blue in iPhoto.
