Description

For a really long time (sense i drew suey in a gown) I've thought long and hard on what dress to put splash in . I both did and didn't want a ballgown nor a sundress. so after looking at more dress porn i found a dress with a short long skirt and another dress with the shoulder top , Both where maroon . so i put two and two together and made it blue , added a little swirl pattern , and light blue trim and done !
The original background i drew i didn't like i so i made this background , printed it out , cut out splash , and glued her on the new one and scanned it in !
I also didn't know where to put her tail i knew it would throw off the whole picture so last minute changes i made her hair piece a little rainbow ! so that colorfulness can still be in there, and not over do the image with too many colors (especially in one place), or get all the focus away from everything else (Lets just pretend her tail is tied back behind that skirt !
Sorry im really pleased with this i hope you like it to ! (Its a little break from commissions and digital art in general, kinda sense that background is digital but you know what i mean ! )
