Pen?! IRL?! Really? Dang . . . ! That just impresses me more! XD If I may say, what I think I like about the lips is their roundness, and how the bottom lip is puffer that the top. But, I understand your problem. Lips always give me a headache. Maybe I like the ones on this piece because I'm envious! XD
BTW, at second glance, with the fact it was done in pen, the hair is incredible! Reminds me of Charles Dana Gibson's illustrations. Great work!
