Description
I decided to draw a bit of a step-up from my very first pic of Flowey (fav.me/d9l63xs ). Also, it's nearing Halloween, so why not?
Believe it or not, I've been obsessed with drawing Flowey lately, mostly as little sketches in my journals at college. Eventually, I'll post all the random sketches I made in a giant collage of sorts. XD

Wow, you've really improved! It's very atmosperic and the facial expression is 10/10
If you would take some advice though, I can only recommend not making every shadow this washed out. I'm speaking from experience, a step away from the blur tool can help your drawings look so much more professional
