I have actually been drawing Uruha a lot lately, mainly because of his new outfit. But for this picture I chose to reference an older photo of his.This image I drew on my sketchbook using a pencil to sketch and prismacolor pens/markers. I scanned it and did add a gradient overlay using photoshop.
