Maybe this one's a little less snarky.Yet another backgrounder form "Moving Violations ", the two-page prelude to BotCon 2011's Animated comic story and toy set.
Man, that first panel in page 2 is really kinda incestuous, innit. Still, the idea was that the Transtech Precinct was staffed solely by Animated iterations of Transtech characters, and we needed one other random officer, so why not bit-player Stungun?
He's totally got zappy-zappy powers.
