I think this is really cool, except for the icon on her forehead...it kind of distracts the eye from her eyes and blue hair...but if you were trying to go for that..good job

this needs more work.. but the idea is solid. all alterations are too bright, not enough transparency etc. If you want more advice I'll give it, I really like it tho
